1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@moodycanuck.com with your order number and photos.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to stock availability.
